Our story
The Bismarck-Mandan Story
Lemonade Day Bismarck-Mandan made it’s debut in the summer of 2017!
After hearing about the many sweet successes that have swept the nation, and now the world, the Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC could not resist the opportunity to bring this program to the community. By introducing this program and event to our area’s youth, we hope to continue to instill an understanding of business and entrepreneurism but beginning at a younger age than high school.
Lemonade Day Bismarck-Mandan, though targeted toward 3rd to 8th graders, is an experience all ages can be involved in. Whether you are a parent/guardian/mentor, teacher, sponsor, partner, or our most valuable asset – the child participant, there is a roll for you to make this a successful experience. Through lessons on business planning and operation of sales, all participants will walk away from this program with a greater sense of leadership, confidence, creativity, and overall financial literacy.
The Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC is proud to bring this program with the help of our partners and sponsors.
